BIG MULTIPLAYER GAME --- One More Player Needed!

Hello there, me and some friends are planning to start a multiplayer game with 8 Great Powers (Austria, France, Italy/Sardinia-Piedmont, Japan, Prussia, Russia, USA, UK), hopefully today.

Biggest thing we ask is that you are on frequently, or at least reliable enough to be able to say when you will be on to play and actually turn up then.

The only country that isn't taken at this point is Italy. You don't have to be super good at the game but at least be somewhat competent at the game for your own sake :P

We communicate using Skype, but if you can't or don't want to voice chat it's fine.

What's the primary time zone?
What are the rules?
Vanilla or some mod?

Players are North America and Europe, so we plan on playing evenings for European time.

Only rule we have is not attacking Prussia/Japan/Sardinia-Piedmont early game when they are super weak.

And we are playing vanilla.
