Is this still worth buying for multiplayer?

I'm really interested in buying this, and, as it says on the title, I want to know if it's still worth it for multiplayer. Are people still playing the multiplayer? And it's DLC, is it worth it?

P.S.: I live in Brazil, so servers and players close by (mainly in The Americas) would be necessary.

There's some servers in America. Quite a few still playing the Multiplayer, I'd leave the DLC though.
