Please help

My friend and I are playing survival and we are not sure if it is lag or what but we have never seen it before, while I am off doing something in a game my friend is doing what I see him not doing and its like we are in different dimensions. He goes down on my end and he tells me he is not and the same for him. Can anyone tell me if this is lag or a problem that can be fixed?

the only thing that i can think of would to do an integrity check of the game's local content, then run the game again. an update could have messed up a file or two or have downloaded a completely corrupted file

Try tweaking some settings.Like turning off anti aliasing .

This is a well known bug in MW3 survival coop. Try googling "MW3 sync bug".
