BWAAAA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
This game's developers were so lazy and incompetent, they couldn't do a proper port for this game or its successor (showing they goofed up twice) and with the utter failure of the Deadpool game, it's unlikely they will be around much longer. Never mind the fact that no body - and I mean nobody, outside of Valve's group of special yet lovable crazy heads, wants to port a game over to such a locked down, garbage OS. I know that sounds harsh, but gaming on Mac was never really a thing. You can mostly thank Apple for that. You also can thank (while you are at it) Steve Jobs and his infinite stupidity, lies and greed; you can thank Nvidia and their never-ending plethora of proprietary OpenGL extensions (which was a big factor in turning developers towards DirectX in the first place) and, of course, everyone's favorite whipping boy: Microsoft. For coming out with something that is actually supported and works.
Sorry, guy; the answer is no. I'm not going to tell you to buy a PC just to play one game. But if you like all of the thousands of games on offer at Steam, Origin - or pretty much anywhere else - you'll get a PC and learn to tolerate Windows (learning to actually use a PC will definitely help that, by the way).
