Will it play on these specs

Alright so i have an Dell Inspiron Laptop Core i3 2310m 2.1GHz with an Intel HD i3 2310M Graphics card. I want to know if i can play this game. According to Game debate.com I cant but the site said the same thing about Borderlands and it runs just fine. Can anyone tell me for sure if this game will run on my computer? Thank you.

Well I haven't heard of that graphics chip before but if it is integrated, which I suspect it is, then it will have troubles running War for Cybertron at full resolution, max graphics, and with V-sync enabled. However if you turn the visuals down to low, turn off V-sync and drop the resolution to something really small(less than 800x600) it runs smooth as butter and still looks pretty damn amazing. I am speaking from experience as I have roughly the same system for my Dell laptop. Hope this helps.
