Unfortunately I cannot edit a post, only delete it. So I'm sorry, MΣDICINΣ, even though you said some nice things to us, I've had to delete your post, as per my above warning. Let's not feed the trolls, thanks. The remainder of MΣDICINΣ's post read:

This is a damn shame. Andrew, I hope your game is back up again soon!

For anyone interested in supporting the developer, the game is still up on GOG[www.gog.com].

Fair warning, this isnt wise. Ms DMCA will be more than happy to abuse DMCA on twitch as well, she has before. She is throwing a huge tantrum atm because shes no longer allowed to legally touch Starr Mazer videos.

That's my plan. I'm gonna join the counterclaim efforts. It's intentional.

Fair enough, I wish you the best of luck then. Personally I can't wait until this whole thing is just over and everything can go back to normal. This game has been on my wishlist for a while now and to see it put in her line of fire, being I just started seriously streaming as part of my hobby, I'd rather not take any chances at a set back for me.

Leonard seemed to thing you can join his action with Imagos and use yesterdaysTRO judgement to also apply for one for RCR:U

I haven't bought RCRU yet (life getting in the way of video games lately, lol) but just wanted to add my vocal support. I hope you and the rest of the team can get this sorted out quickly and with minimal damage.

Damn, this is sad. Heres hoping Valve quickly come to their senses and stop letting a person with a grudge screw up the marketplace with false DMCA claims.

I hope you understand that this type of support in particular can easily be seen as you taking advantage of the situation to promote your channels.

He just plugged himself in a discord channel funny enough. I'm pretty sure the streams section in any channel is only meant for when you're going live.

Don't see why garnering attention to yourself and your name is a bad thing. Whether that's his ulterior motive or not, he still is showing support for RCRU and youtubers who are getting attacked by Mauer. If that means more views and subs for his channel, then I don't have a problem with it.

Just a follow up on my earlier post, Yep Humble keys seem to be invalid at this point in time.

I don't know. Using this drama directly as a means to boost your viewer-count seems a little selfish.

This is a financial matter for RCR. Not really cool to piggy back off of it.

If you want to support it, don't do this. It's selfish.

Guys, I don't know what happened in Discord, but it looks to me like you are coming down way too hard on Krivvin.

If someone wants to stream in support of us, that is totally cool. If they get a couple of extra viewers out of it, well, I don't see why that is a problem. We don't want to enable crass self-promotion, but a couple of posts in a forum thread is nowhere near that line.

How could this whole situation affect you guys with the Japanese licensors, in this case Arc System Works?
Alenonimo Jul 14, 2017 @ 9:57pm
Did you guys contact Leonard French? He may be defending Imago Softworks but maybe he could work with your lawyer into coordinating lawsuits. Who knows, maybe a class action lawsuit could save some money for both companies and the affected youtubers or something.

Umm, I find it really odd that some people seem to think that creators that show support for the victims of this whole debacle by doing videos or streaming is somehow milking the situation for views or whatever. Not just here but in YouTube comments as well.

This is a digital media issue, isn't it logic to showcase support by making videos and streaming?

I guess we could march on the streets with banners and signs but I pretty sure not many would care, not where I live anyway. Games and related stuff are still for kids is the mindset here. =_=

Like, have a heart for someone trying to do what they think might help. Yes?
