How to get a refund?
Really not impressed. Bugs all over the place. During Co-op my team would barely move, stop and defend do nothing, my co-op partners team were going off the map finding mobs and walking all over parts of the map that are blocked.

Can someone direct me to get a refund please.

This can be solved in a complicated way to get a refund if you're in europe i know.

I experienced no bugs at all on my end but I dont play coop and am only at 3 hours or so logged.. good luck on the refund.. i purchased a game that didnt even run was a total pos and every single player had the same issue not just some.. steam said "too bad wait for them to fix it" i gave up after 3 tries getting emails directing me to steam policies etc.

you're probably stuck, unless you want to waste your 1 time refund on a game that wasn't very expensive.

I'm about 21 or 22 hours in and haven't noticed any bugs, just a few typos in the dialog here and there. Like Atech66 though, I've yet to experiment with co-op play, so that could be where the bugs are coming. It isn't a game for everyone though, thats for sure. Maybe give the single player experience another shot? It does take a little while to get used to how this game plays.

They are specifically co-op bugs, and they suck.

Refunds are hard on steam, contact customer support, good luck.

My bug is the best, you're "lucky".
All about that game i can see is a patch note and a fail OK button, nothing more.

This is a common misconception about the "one off refund". Steam offer you this message when they give a refund (it's to absolve liability and avoid setting precedent).

People misconstrue this as meaning you have ONE refund allowed on your account (kind of like a "get out of jail free" card) - it is utter rubbish. It purely means that on an individual instance, they are not saying they're liable to give refund, but are doing it as a ONE-OFF customer service gesture - the "one-off" refers to THIS instance, not your account.

So, if you were unlucky in buying another game that was equally buggy, they would do precisely the same. In other words, you can have a whole host of "one off" refunds. You are NOT limited.

Hope this clears this up.

Anyway, back to the OP's case. Contact Steam Support, DON'T play the game at all. Detail your reasons and state that these amount to the game being unplayable.

If you live in England or Wales, you may also be able to throw the satisfactory goods clause of the Sale of Goods Act at them.

Please do get back to me if you wish further guidance.

As of October, digital goods will be FULLY covered under the Sale of Goods Act, so this is good news for us consumers. Valve and others will have no way of getting out of refunds if the goods are faulty. Please do feel free to Google this for further details, or drop me a line.
