KRATER BUG: VSYNC FIX (Possibly?) {for windows}

Even though the game constantly shows the vsync is enabled, there is a work around. There is a config file for the game that shows whether vsync is enabled or not. To manually change it in Windows: search for %appdata% and then go to:

...AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Krater\user_settings.config

drag and drop this file into notepad.exe and change the value on the second line. This value should be on the line as either: falsevsync = (true or false) OR truevsync = (true or false). if you want vsync change this to true (for both cases) otherwise change to false.

***NOTE the true/false before the vsync is for the prior control.
