You know we have waited 5 years now between spisode 2 and the unknown episode 3. Post in the comments if YOU ever will come out in 2013.

Half-Life 2: Episode Three, the third and final instalment of the Half-Life 2 episodes, was expected to follow soon after Episode Two.
But many people now believe that Valve has scrapped the episodic model and is now working on a full sequel entitled Half-Life 3

Sorry if I haven't told you anything new.

nope nothing new but its still been 5 years and nothing new to the half-life seris

It took 6 years from HL1 to HL2 so probably a bit too soon to really complain.

Unless they come out with something crappy like L4D2 I dont see any reason to complain. I'm sure we will know about 6 months in advance when the next game will come out. They will want to make sure everyone knows about it, and they aren't going to try to sneak it by anyone.

It is kind of sad that they didn't give HL2 and proper ending. Left us hanging with Alex and Gordon. That part I thought was bad.

i think episode 3 will never come out, game's engine is 10 years old. they HAVE to make hl3 with a brand new engine.

I dont care how they make it as long as its good and the story line makes sense. a half life portal cross over though would be amazing.
