What if there was a coop mode for Half-Life 2 and its episodes?

well, there is synergy you can;t really play as Gordon or Alyx you pick your own model but it is half life 2 coop.

Well guess what? I literally just discovered it recently.

Although it would be slightly more fun to play as Alyx, maybe in certain parts of the campaign you split up from Gordon. For example, when you teleport to Eli's base, maybe you can do some chores around there or something until Gordon comes.

Well, that kinda sounds interesting, not sure if it is a good idea or not though. Some parts of the game would become more challenging than others for the person playing Gordon if Alyx is not around.

Kind of a weird idea actually.

I agree with your point, it sounds really fun, kinda like Half Life: Decay
