I got it to work. Are you guys using a 120hz monitor? That is why the game is not starting.

To fix create a custom resolution in Nvidia or AMD driver software. Will have to look it up online how to do this. Pretty simple to do though.

You need to create a custom resolution like 1920 x 1080 but at 60hz. Then the game will work!
