A few ideas for future Misery features
So now that you can cook your own food in Misery 2.1 I had the idea that the food quality should vary based on your class.

- Assaulter would be able to cook food with a higher satiety level but the radiation level would be default.

- Recon would be able to cook food at the average satiety level but with reduced radiation.

- Sniper would be able to cook food with a lower than average satiety level but the radiation would also be reduced.

- I also had the idea of beer battered snorkler hands where cooking mutant meat with anti radiation alcoholic beverages would also reduce radiation levels on zone produced goods.

I also thought it would be cool if one could create their own ammunition.

You could combine scrap metal and gun powder somehow and make ammo. The quantity of ammo created would vary based on class and on ammunition type being created

- Assaulter would be able to make more ammo than recon and sniper because its assumed he would use more.

- Recon would be able to make an average amount of ammo. Recon would be less likely to use lots of ammo.

- Sniper would be able to produce the least amount of ammo because realistically as a sniper they should be able to kill with the fewest shots.

- Possible ammo production bonuses based on class and type of ammo created.

Thats just what I would love to see in Misery.

I still want shot tracing for snipers. You still have absolutley no idea where your rounds are going when shooting at very long range
Building ammo could be cool, but I think that you should only be able to do something like this back at base camps. It would take some special equipment to do so as well as things like brass, lead, gunpowder, ect. Not really sure how they would or could integrate this into the game

There's no point for the cooking bit to be honest.....All the classes have naturally bonuses or maluses to radiated food consumption so there's not much to gain from this.....As far as making ammo, I can just tell you right now the devs will probably never go for it....They MIGHT if you get lucky, but if they do, then it's going to need a totally new crafting item to form the ammunition and it would have to have even MORE items added to the already GIGANTIC list of crap that's in Misery already.....Not worth the tradeoff to be honest :/ Like the ammo idea, but unless you can find someone to script it and such, I highly doubt it's going to happen.
