and i shot them all with fellow stalkers because of the mission, did i do something wrong? Will duty attack me when they see me?

Duty is still neutral towards you, and if you give them the PDA that you get from Morgan (the Duty trader), you can give it to the Duty commander at Yanov for faction rep. You can also give it to Freedom if you want. Basically, the Duty trader was trading Duty equipment illegally to the bandits, so it doesn't negatively affect your rep with Duty.

If you want to remain good with both Duty and Freedom then give all the intel to Owl in the Shadovsk to earn the "Man of Balance" achievement.

just saying,the duty are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thier history is stupid the hate the zone and all they want to do is find a way to destroy it,so it woudnt matter if the are hostile towards u it dosnt matter
