Update Coming?
I got the iPhone version of this game and it contains some great new enhancements! Beacon trees, ability to change attributes: energy, speed, strength.

When will these changes come to the PC version?

I had no idea there were more features on the iPhone version and am now seething with jealousy. If the game developers are reading this (for some surreal reason), I would LOVE to see a new version for PC with these features.

In short, I have no idea, but am interested in this question as well.

I think if we (pc players) had all these enhancements we would finish the game to fast and then say how much it sucks.

But I could change asteroids parameters with seedlings on PS3? The ♥♥♥♥?

I'd rather have Steam Cloud support on PC tbh.

There are some definite game balance issues with the iPhone version: changing astroid parameters does seem to make the game too easy - pump up strength and you can conquer everything.

I just want rally points. :/

Rally points would be great, especially on big maps

+1 to 'rally points'. also wouldn't mind an auto or quick-save to avoid losing time due to the game crashing or other such bother.

Just getting an update and not being shafted for buying the original would be fantastic.

I have a feeling we are trees falling in the forest. They are making they're money on the iPhone. I feel like we were just here to see if it would be marketable.

The Humble Bundle included a pre-release of Eufloria HD. The Steam version of this will not be available until summer 2013 as we have more content to add.

The HD version is beta and was an exclusive for the bundle. It all works fine basically but we want to do a lot more before it returns to Steam, not just give the same game but a bit more polished/slightly different gameplay.

The other reason the Steam version wasn't updated is that it's an entirely new code base now.
Nevermind the Original Comment... Still, will I be buying the HD one too even though I paid for the original? I mean it really is the same game with continued support and work.

We're a tiny indie team so it's just a time thing actually! The iOS version has sold well enough for us to keep supporting it (>3 years since release) and the Steam version is long overdue an update. We only haven't because of lack of time :(

If you own Eufloria on PC, you'll get Eufloria HD free once it comes out. This will also be on Mac and Linux. It'll be the iOS/HIB version with better mouse support, joypad support, support for custom mods, aother game mode, and possibly more.

Summer 2013 (I hope).

Thanks Sillytuna. I realize your company is small, but you make a great game. I've been spreading the word about your game and hope others will take the time to try it.

Good luck!

I absolutely love this game. It's unbelieveable how much time I have into a such a simple game. Eagerly looking forward to the HD update!
