10 levels of fun then level 11!
Seems lots of people have experienced this levels 1-10 are fine then a huge increase in difficultly at level 11. Life is too short to persist. Looked up strategy and guidelines, but now speed option means life is too short to waste anymore time. Shame great visuals and totally unique concept, buy disappointing overall experience.

i have seen a lot of this.. i don't get it. this is the first map you can really use the lazer-flowers. this is one of the easiest maps in the game. just grow 3 normal trees and one defensive tree on each asteroids and you'd be fine..

yes, i have played this game through(both normal and dark) more than 10 times but still; why so many people are complaining about this map?

I'm sure that works for you, but there seems to be some inconsistency in how people experience the game. There are plenty of examples of people proposing a strategy that doesn't work for dozens of others. But I've uninstalled now anyway, life is to short to spend more than a few goes on a single level of a game. If the game play does not flow then I simply move on, I want to enjoy my gaming time, not spend hours working out strategy, some people love it, but not my thing. Glad it is working for you though and thanks for the advice.

you do know that there are two game types in eufloria? try the slower one. at least in pc version there are classic and the other, slower type.

Eufloria HD has much more refined levels, particuarlly for difficulty, but we still get comments at both extremes of the spectrum. As much as anything, it depends what strategy you use. I can cruise through almost all the HD levels in 5-10 minutes real time (game running at 3xSpeed). Pre-HD I can't speak for.

How do people enjoy games when they give up so easily?

Oh that's helpful SnoozingDreamer. Thanks.

It is a shame you are struggling with it, personally I have never had an issue completing this level in either normal or dark matter mode, There is a much nastier level later on, which basically boils down to complete random luck as to whether the computer attacks you straight away or not, as it totally outnumbers you to start with, and sometimes it just attacks you full force, which you can basically do nothing about.

Just tried level 11 again in both modes, completed them without any real issue. The general stratergy of 3 dysons and 1 defence with a flower on the defence works for me, though generally on planets no where near the enemy I just build dysons to get number of seedlings up fast. I do find having alot of your seeds swarming on a planet near the middle of your planets means if the enemy attacks one of your planets you can rush a huge load in quick to kill defenders and move them back again, I try not to have more than 20 seedlings at any planet at any one time and move the rest to a uselss planet to build up a large force. (20 is normally enough to at least hold off the enemy till reinforcements arrive)

Well since I first say this thread I have replayed this level multiple times, and I had one hell of a battle this afternoon in dark matter mode which lasted quite some time, but prevailed. just counting from when I first commented I have completed this level 7 times, however I did get my♥♥♥♥♥kicked once, and stuggled on a few, but won.

Seriously have another go you may do it.
