The game is running VERY slow! MAC OS X 10.8.2

Hey, can you help me? it's impossible to play, and I can't find where to change the graphic settings!
My computer settings:
MAC OS X 10.8.2
Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz
RAM 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3
HD: 500GB
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB

Please, help!

It may be your RAM, the minimum requirements for this game required is 4gb RAM, may be your problem. To find graphic settings go to options on the main menu, you may also want to go to performance options and auto detect.

Hello, I tried the things that you said, but when I use the auto detect, the game give me the following:
Medium
High
Medium
but it goes to slow! So I put:
Low
Low
Low
and now it's much better
but the FPS is around 20~30....
is there anything else that I can do?

all i can see thaat you can do is lower the resolution and play in a window or possibly update your graphics card at www.AMD.com

im pretty sure its in graphic settings, it will have a setting called windowed or something along the lines of that

ou should be able to run this then because the minimum requirements are 4 GB of ram and a 2.5GHz processor i think. But then again Macs arent designed for gaming are they ( i may be wrong about that)

To run in a window, go to graphics settings and disable full screen to run it in a window, you may need to restart the game as well.

I have a 2.9Ghz Intel Core i7
8GB Ram
Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB
Harddrive - 690gb free of 740gb

Serious Sam 3 barely runs at all, its disgustingly bad, freezes for about 20 seconds every 1 second. Can't even render a scene for longer than a second. I've tried playing it in a window on lowest graphic settings.

I can play call of duty black ops for mac on highest graphic settings, everything maxed out and it runs perfect.

So weird...

It must be something to do with serious sam on your computer then, i have no idea because my computer has the same 8gb ram as you, you have a bigger processor, mine is 2.5GHz. Hard drive, you have enough free space and your graphics cards good so idk. :D

I have a Intel HD Graphics 4000 512MB. Is that the problem then? Don't know much about graphics cards...

Could be, yh it must be where do you find this specific game requirements. On steam????
