delux upgrade fail

same problem with giftable/tradable Deluxe upgrade. I can't add it to my account. From what I read is something to do with older classic SS games... if you already have them you can't activate deluxe upgrade
btw problem is not new, they should fix it to receive as extra copy classic SS games or just activate upgrade without extra copies

darker, it seems like you already have the Deluxe. (Since you have both classics, but don't have both HDs, I guess you could have only got the classics by buying the Deluxe already.) Do you have the "Serious Sam 3 Bonus Content" in the Tools section of your Steam Library?
SmoothCriminal, your games list is hidden, so it's hard to know.

I already have Serious Sam HD: Gold Edition (Includes Serious Sam HD First and Second Encounter, plus the original versions from 2001 and 2002!) so I already have classic SS games as I said before.
But I don't think this should be the reason to have troubles with Deluxe upgrade for SS3.
It's should be easy to fix: give extra copies of classic SS games, or not....
@darker: I'm still waiting for an answer from support, but from what I heard from another user, support said classic SS games need to be removed from account in order to add Deluxe upgrade (and classic SS games again)....

and I already have SS3 ... obviously (without dlc related to deluxe edition or deluxe content from tools)

Here is the deal. I have 2 steam accounts so I bought the 4 pack, 1 Deluxe Upgrade and 1 Jewel of the Nile in one order. I placed a second order of 1 Deluxe Upgrade and 1 Jewel of the Nile. In both accounts I already own both classics. On my computer that I placed the order from 1 copy of the game went into my game library and 3 into my gift library. Both classics went into my gift library and the Jewel of the Nile and other DLC installed under DLC like it should. Also Serious Sam 3 Bonus Content can be found under tools.
Now I gifted 1 copy of the game to my second account, worked. Gifted 1 copy of Jewel of the Nile, worked. When I tried to gift the Deluxe Upgraded I got a message my second account already owns it. That is not true because it never gifted and remained in my gift library. Under tools there is no Serious Sam 3 Bonus Content, in the gift library no classics and under the DLC only the Jewel of the Nile is listed. Thats because it was never gifted because of the message its already owned. Thats the problem.
I also do own both HD on my 2 accounts.

The problem is because we have original versions from 2001 and 2002 which conflict with Deluxe upgrade.
Still waiting for support... or AlenL :D

It worked on the account that I used to buy the upgrade with when I bought them at the same time (game and upgrade) like it should.
It did not work when I tried to gift it to my second account.
And this is with already owning both classics in regular and in HD on both accounts.
