how do u use a playermodel in campaign with a mod from the workshop that says singleplayer

when you click play, check the "moddable" version and click ok.

Do not forget to pick your playermodel in the option menu and you should play on a "local" (even if you play Solo.) server.
on single player even if you change your "skin" it will always be Sam.
