Stronghold Crusader HD

Saves and setting vanishes after closing the game [Solved]
Everytime I launch the game I am greeted with choose your name window, all of my custom settings and saves for campain are gone each time I restart the game. I installed the stronghold extreme HD first and that maybe the why it won't save. (Steam thinks that ,,Stronghold Extreme HD" is my directory for normal Stronghold HD (the folder is also called that way). I have tried compatibility mode with windows xp it does not help.

How to fix it, please help!

EDIT:Bitdefender was blocking Stronghold Crushader HD from using protected files

i just fixed , my case because of OneDrive. that one used Documnet place so basiclly used
C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents like this so i dllete one diver after that started to using C:\Users\username\Documents\Stronghold Crusader like this . i think becauz of onedrive. Stronghold Crusader HD can't use Documents place for saving date.
and if u fixed it look like orther game also start to use C:\Users\username\Documents\ thie place so need to move files from C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents TO C:\Users\username\Documents\
