THIS. If it isn't compatible with the current version of Mac, it shouldn't be advertised on Mac. I bought this game for $3 and the inability to play it simply because I kept my system in check is utterly idiotic. They need to update it so that it is compatible with all versions.
EDIT: Because I was rather angry with not being able to play the game, and I've heard from a few sources that the developer will not be releasing any updates to the Mac version of this game, I submitted a question to Valve asking for a refund on this game. I highly encourage other Mac owners who cannot play this game to do the same. They won't fix the game, and your money will simply be wasted. Might as well try and get your money back.
Unfortunately, yes. The system requirements are "OS X 10.7.4 or older". The developers had issues with the OS X port and I guess they never bothered to update it to support Mountain Lion.
Did the same...I agree with Stonecutterman and encourage everyone to at least try to ask for a refund and for the Mac compatibility icon to be taken down. I love Steam and Valve so very very much, but this is bordering on false advertisement.
Fail troll is fail. Nice try though.
