Super Meat Boy

Didn't play for a long time, having poor performance now
Hello! The title pretty much sums up the problem. The game ran normally before (full screen, 1080p, high details), I didn't uninstall it, and now I have constant framerate drops and no v-sync, apparently.

My setup: HD5850, Windows 7 64-bit, Catalyst driver ver. 13.1. Could it be the driver? Are there any known issues with it? I don't remember changing any other significant graphical configurations recently.

Try forcing V-Sync in your graphics card options.

I tried it, no results... :( Strangely enough, Tommy Refenes once (on the official SMB forums) stated that V-Sync can't be disabled, so this problem shouldn't exist at all...

Try -ultralowdetail in the launch options?

It runs terribly for me now as well. Even on startup it hitches and the main menu is VERY laggy, and it's pretty much unplayable. __
