Runtime Error :'(

Hi guys, i just buy and install SuperMeatBoy tonight and i got an error saying "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsual way". I checked some posts on many forums and the only link i have send me to the Meat Boy site who is down..... What shall i do ? :'(

Hey guys, tonight i tried to play SMB on my personal computer..... AND IT WORKS \o/ So i think our probleme is due to something missing on the computer, like a specific version of a logiciel or someting like that. But i don't know what for the moment.
I keep surching and i'll tell you if i find something :)

here, this worked for me and a couple other people.
open up the properties and click "set launch options..."
put this in: -windowed -1024x768 -highdetail
