More then one controller connected issue

Hi,
Help please! Here's my issue.

I have two Xbox 360 Controllers and a Flight yoke (joystick) connected to my Windows 7, and I can't play SMB with any of the microsoft controlleres without disconnecting the yoke.

With every other games i have no problem, with SMB i have to crawl bellow the desk to disconnect the yoke's usb plug.

Is there anyway i can reedit the SMB setting file so that the xbox controler was preferable rather then the yoke.

As additional information if anyone ever reads this:
I have the same problem when connecting a Ps3 controller thrue Motion in Joy

Controllers connected with Win7 controllers description:
- Top Gun Fox 2 Pro Shock
- Controller (Xbox 360Wireless Receiver for Windows)

I really like this game and this info would be most appreciated.

Well I can only sugest that you buy a usb hub with a long cable so you can put in on your desk
