I also want to play it on MAC and would be very pleased if there is going to be an update, soon.
Quick, quick start guide - get Wineskin Winery, run it. Click the PLUS below Installed Engines and download the topmost engine. Back to the main window, get/update the Wrapper Version. Create a new blank wrapper, wait. Say no to installing Mono.net, no to Gecko. Reveal the new wrapper in Finder.
Run your brand-new, blank-slate SuperMeatBoy.app to bring up the configurator (next time you want to get here, launch it with Cmd-DownArrow). Install, find your gameInstaller.exe in the open dialog, and you should get to the usual Windows installer wizard. After that's done, you should have a drop-down list to choose which.exe to launch. The default is stupid, change that to something that sounds more like SuperMeatBoy.exe. Close the window and fire up your new .app.
If you just have the Steam program, then forget the last paragraph (hah!) right click on SuperMeatBoy.app, and Show Package Contents. There is a drive_c folder in there, copy your Steam-provided game folder inside that. Climb back up the finder tree, Cmd-downArrow click on SuperMeatBoy.app for the configurator. Click Advanced, and the topmost line ends with a button to Browse. Click it, and find the SuperMeatBoy.exe program. Close out and fire up your new .app.
If you want a nice icon, google it, and stick your results into http://iconverticons.com. Don't bother buying that program, just use the online tool.
