Difficult?

I heard that this games is difficult, but how difficult?

Like Dark Souls or Old SNES difficult.

Old SNES difficult, alittle frustrating but fun. Play the free flash prototype they made before Super Meat Boy to get an idea of the difficulty.

The controls in the flash version are beyond horrible. You will get a basic idea of what the levels will be like but the controls in the flash version don't work very well, making the game unnecessarily difficult for completely wrong reasons.

Super Meat Boy, on the other hand, has really precise and fluid controls, and is a lot of fun. It starts pretty simple but gets VERY difficult as you get further in the game but as long as you pay attention to what you're doing and aim to learn from your mistakes the game will NOT become frustrating. If you think you'll enjoy some challenge, go get it!
