How is gameplay with keyboard?
Looking froward to get this game long time before and this sale is good opportunity. But, the problem is i don't have a controller at the moment. Should i ever try it, or it's a suicidal run?

i have beaten the game with keyboard,it's good but it sometimes annoys me to constandly hold the shift button to run

I beat the whole game with a keyboard, almost 100%. Pretty close. I guess it all comes down to personal preference.

I played with both, it's much better with controller, but still enjoyable with keyboard!

It's substantially easier with a controller - without, it depends how easily frustrated you are!

I hope you have a tough keyboard ;)

It probably will be sticking out of your monitor in a matter of hours.

I peronally hate it with the keyboard (mechanical) so I put the game on hold for the time being until I get a controller. I play other platformers just fine with the keyboard, I just can't get into it with this game.

It's a good sale though so it doesn't hurt to get it anyway and try

The keyboard is fine, but holding the sprint button will tire you out pretty quickly.

Just buy it so you have it in your Library for later when you get a controller. I beat a majority of the game with a keyboard but a controller is a lot more pratical for this kind of game. The price is great right now either way.

I'm doing fine with them so far, but I had to recombobulate the jump and sprint buttons to "A" and "S". Shift and Space is just too awkward for me.

I originally 100%ed the game on keyboard. The whole shift/space thing didn't really bug me, cause I've played so many fpses that that hand placement just felt natural. It DOES get tiring, though.

I've been going back through and picking up achievements with a controller, and I really don't have a preference one way or another, in terms of control. I like the controller more just because I can lounge back more with it. :P

If you've ever played DOOM and old-school clones, bare keyboard should be fine. As already pointed out, some find annoying using the shift key to run, but it's just a matter of get used to it.

I'm no stranger to the shift and space keys in gaming, but I gotta say... playing this for 4 hours on my keyboard (during a work shift haha) bloody wrecked my fingers like no game ever has before. I definitely want to get a controller.

It is not wrong to play with the keyboard but it is better if you have a gamepad.

I think keyboard controls are better than the gamepad controls.
