Mac issues (post patch)
Well, firstly, great to finally have a Mac patch. I've not seen a crash since, the graphical glitch is gone and (OMG) the controller support is fixed.

So er... here's a list of the issues I am getting:
1) Many sounds are missing or only playing intermittantly.
2) Steam Cloud sync is not retriving my Windows save.
3) The game doesn't disable the screensaver when playing with a controller.
4) Once, on startup, I've had an error saying it had failed three times at connecting to the SQL server.

1) There was one level with lots of buzz saws where the sound kept cutting out, but other than that it's been fine.

4) The game wouldn't launch for me when steam was offline. Pretty annoying.

Can't comment on the other two.

These problems probably have simple fixes, but let's just hope they actually bother to patch them.

At least it's playable. Also, what controller are you using? I'm wondering if this will work with a PS3 controller. The button promts in game all seem to be for 360.

Edit: It works with PS3. Much easier than keys.

It seems to have patched again today, and still getting the sound in Steam Cloud issues. Haven't played for long enough to test the others.

Just had the SQL server error on start up in the Windows version as well, so guess that's not an exclusively Mac bug.

The SQL error is that it's trying to talk to the Super Meat World server, and sometimes the Internet betrays us. It's not a fatal problem.

Sound dropping out (should be) fixed, as of last night. Is it still happening today?

Screen saver gets disabled properly now, as of last night.

Steam Cloud is busted right now, fixing it is on the TODO list.

Should work when Steam is offline. Is there a specific error you're getting?

PS3 controllers (even over bluetooth!) work out of the box now, which is awesome as hell. X360 controllers need a third-party driver, but they work after you install that.

Well, now I feel stupid. I just checked, and my SFX volume was set to zero. Which is odd, because I swear I was getting some intermittant sounds yesterday, but there we go. Sorry.

Thanks for the other fixes. I've just located my Windows saves manually and copied them over, but Steam cloud would be awesome when you can do it!
