Error 0xc000007b

Hello i have problem with this error. When i try to start Super Meat boy, it stop working with this message: "Unable to start application, error 0xc000007b". I've tried to re-install whole game, reinstall my C++ libraries, Directs, NET frameworks. I've also tried to write "chkdsk /r" in cmd but nothing didn't work (btw i made more than 15 restarts). Somebody told me that -windowed (or -sw) in shortcut should work. But it didn't.
I haven't virus on my PC because i've test it. And of course, i am starting it as admin and in compatibility with win7 (even in XP SP3).
OS: Win 7 64x

Any ideas how to fix it please? :(
