SMB attempting to install on bad drive.
Whenever I try to install the game, Steam only says "You are about to install Super Meat Boy" (nothing else, even though it should tell me how large the game is and which drive to download to, as I have 2 hard drives) and then when I click next to start the install, it downloads nothing and just says "Update Required" and no matter how much I move it to the top of the download queue, it won't download. I check the files, and Steam tells me the game is installed on Drive E...which is a DVD Drive with nothing inserted. Attempting to click on the "Browse Local Files" button does nothing. Bump, I really need some help. I've been wanting to play this game again for a while, but no matter what I do, I can't install the game correctly.

Hmm....sounds like steam won't recognize your other drives.....does it do this with other games? If it does this with all games, then you have yourself a steam issue. If not, then it is an issue with SMB. I won't be able to help with fixing this, sorry, but i will leave it to someone more experienced to come here.

Yeah, my other games work fine in detecting the drives, it's only SMB that does it.

I'm not sure then. It is strange it will only download on that drive. I'm not sure on this one, i don't know to much about this stuff, so i hope someone who does finds this soon.

So as it turns out, it had something to do with the SMB Editor. There was something wrong with that. I deleted the editor, and now it's working, for some reason.
