Startup Crash!!! HELP PLEASE!

Hello everybody Im a person who speedruns the hell out of this game and play it all the ♥♥♥♥ing time! But all of the sudden one day when loading up my game... It crashed. So i thought "Oh ok no biggy" I Restart then game and then... CRASH It does this everytime i load up the game now and i have no clue how to fix it. I Have even re-installed it. Before you ask what are my specs trust me they are fine i have played this game for years and I Can run Metro Last Light maxed out over 100 FPS I Think my specs arent the problem :)
