Medium Well and similar achievements

Guys, I just managed to beat Medium Well achievement withouth having all Hell levels (light+dark) on A+ time. Indeed I had to finish them all. So just to inform you, it's not that ultra hard - try using different characters that can exploit shortcuts instead of optimising times with Meat Boy

It recquires so much focus, i love it (just got salt boy wooohoooo)

Do that for example the forrest levels as fast as possible
