They never said they wouldn't make a sequel. All they said was that the next Amanita game after Botanicula won't be Machinarium 2, if I'm recalling correctly

This game is adorable, I loved the main character especially. It had some minor flaws but overall I enjoyed it so much. I'm a big fan of many point and click adventures and this one is definitely imaginitive and beautiful. I can understand why they put that unlockable in game guidebook tho for when you really get stuck, because there were just some things in the game where it's like "how would you know to do that". It's that classic puzzle difficulty really. But yeah overall I'm glad games like this are still being made.

Would be a damn shame, i mean it seems like either side of gaming companies are taking stuff to the extreme.

We have big companies that milk a brand for everything its worth, making 5 - 10 - 20 - 50 sequels or expansions like the Sims.

Then we have indie devs many times you refuse to do just one sequel, which is a damn shame.

I would like to explore more of the machinarium universe and characters for sure.!

Game has some of the best music ive ever heard, i like virtually every single song, thats pretty damn amazing.

Just got done playing this. It was so much fun! I would absolutely buy more of these. I definitely wish it was longer though.

It's just such an enjoyable game! Everything is perfect... When I have kids, this will be the first game they'll play.

I'm not average but it took me about 4 or 5 hours.

It took me ~6 hrs because I was searching everywhere for that stupid plunger.
