Touch Screen support ?

Hello everyone. I own a Surface and I noticed that the game doesn't unfortunately seem to understand well the touch inputs; there is not the possibility to calibrate nor any options in the settings allowing to calibrate or regulate it.

Has anyone solved this problem ?
