Why should I play this game?
I bought the humble bundle and this game was included, is it really worth my time?

Its a good game. Its not too liberal with the xp/level up system so you have to choose wisely where to spend skill points.

It is not Gothic, but it's worth a playthrough. Can't say it has much replay value though. It does have good humour though which made me chuckle quite abit.

A German made RPG series which inspired Risen, but fails to capture the qualities. If you can get your hands on a copy of Gothic 2, you will not regret it.

Didn't realise it was on Steam sale, if I didn't own it I would grab a copy. Just ignore the dated graphics.

Gothic 3 isn't really worth playing, it's really, and i mean REALLY buggy + the combat system fails (try hitting something down a slope and you'll miss constantly, and the attack is just ... swing right, swing left ... more or less. the only way to really play it is being a mage). I've heard some good things about Gothic 2 but haven't played it personally. Gothic 1 i know nothing about. So to answer your question i'd say just buy Gothic 2 plain and simple unless you feel like trying the first.
