Cant create a new onlne profile
I just got this game and I can't create an online profile. It says timeout after I submit everything. Do we know if online is not supported anymore? Any help would be great as I can find anything on their official fourms or online about this..

So far they responded back asking for a screenshot and had me provide some system info. I sent everything they needed and am waiting to hear back.

this was their response. I haven't had a chance to try opening the port yet.
make sure that you open port 27345 for UDP in your firewall/router.
Maybe you also need to add Naild_x86.exe to your firewall white list.

Thanks for the update, I will forward my ports and comletely shut off firewall and see if it lets get into online, Ill post an update shortly!

I just forwarded 27345 for UDP and turned off my firewall completely. It still will not let me log into internet profile. I decided to create a new profile in hopes it would work, but it still gives me "Registration Timeout" error code.. Thats the update from here, any progress from tech support?

got exactly the same thing, regardless of what I do. I'm going to email them, and hope for an update from them
