No hands, Weapon Models messed up, Spectator mode too zoomed in?

I've been having these issues for about a month now. Every time I join a TTT server, or even a prop hunt server, these issues pop up.

Here, you could see that while in spectator mode, the player has no hands, and the Shotgun is really zoomed in.

This is actually me playing, but as you can see, the Deagle isn't in its proper... position I guess. This causes a lot of bugs when using it for me.

I remember installing a skin for CSS a little while ago that didn't work, which had this same model. But I since then re-installed a fresh copy of CSS, though it didn't fix it.

Thats pretty much it. Any of you guys have the same problem? Its really annoying, and I really want to know how to fix it :/
