Have you tried Reinstalling Gmod and verifing game Files? Or it could be a certain mod thats doing it. You can never trust mods.....

Havent instailled mods only addons and i reinstalled gmod and verified the game files

Okay it is possibly your Graphic settings keep changeing the settings and looking at the game until the lines go away If not its a Driver issue try looking for newer versions of your Driver software like Nivida theres a way to update drivers for a certain Graphics card.
