Won't let me spawn items

My problem is that I open the spawn menu thing, and it shows my games, like TF2 for example, and I open that folder, but then I open it up and I see "Characters, props, nature" etc. but they have a little paper icon next to them, but when I click on them, nothing happens, and nothing spawns. Any know how to fix it?

Hmm... Do you have TF2 mounted? or have you deleted any files?
