My Gmod keeps crashing.

My game loads but, whenever i go to singleplayer or multiplayer it says this everytime: "hl2 EX has stopped working." I tryed re-installing it but i did not work. What do i do!

I also have the sims 3 installed (Probably no conflition here) and Half life 2 (Most suspecting) installed along GMod . I'm wondering if they interfered with GMod and is causing this, or maybe a short term interent bug? I just need insight on this!

Gmod is crashing for me too.It has only played correctly once but the objects and stuff didnt work :/

Did you get the addon "Bowser's Baddies Pack"? I downloaded it and same thing.

I usubscribed from all addons which I subscribed to between when it worked and when it didn't, which fixed it for me.

mine freezez too im going to try to see if i can message them and see if it can be fixed if not dont download it on steam then it should work and dont spawn so much on single player lay low on mods anddont move way to quickly.

I'm having the same problem too, and I don't have the Bowser's Baddies pack or HL2... I have subscribed to items, though.

My game will run for about 30mins before it crashes my entire computer. WHen I restart it my PC tells me that Gmod unexpedtedly crashed. This has only happened recently.
