Some custom maps requires certain games in order for it to run properly without any errors or missing textures (For example, a map needs HL2:EP2 in order for the textures to load). If you already have the games, make sure they are installed and mounted in Gmod.

I have them mounted and installed. I am currently seeing if re-installing it will work.

You can reinstall by uninstalling CSS first (Right click the game, uninstall) and reinstall it like you were installing it for the first time (Clicking on CSS).

All you have to do is Verify the game Cache. Valve decided they wanted to upgrade it to a new, better format, so once it's done upgrading, you can use them once again in GMod.

Right clicking the game, opting the game in Steampipe beta, and finally launching the game to convert to Steampipe should work out, as I find.

So how do I convert to Steampipe beta?

Right click, go to properties, go to the betas tab, opt in Steampipe beta, launch the game to convert, then you should be done. Do this for every source game that can that you plan to mount.
