Garrys mod Player model Error

I have a problem whit the playermodel i choose a model and it only turns into Dr. Kleiner i think its a playermodel addon i installed but i dont know... Any suggestions?

Firstly try to Verify integrity of game cache. Go to Garry’s mod, right click, properties, Local files Tab, 4th Button down. This will correct and re-install/ re-download any files or aspects which are missing or corrupt.

Since Dr. Kleiner is from Half Life 2 it could be the HL2 model with the problem. Try verifying the integrity of Half life 2. You can also try disable all addon in Garry’s Mod (this will not remove them) to see if it is an addon causing the problem.

If you enabled all the add-ons and start up a game and select the missing model Garry’s Mod will sometimes say “Some add-on is causing problems” in the top left corner. If no notification appears you can open the games console and in red text it should say what add-on is conflicting or cause problems with what.

If you haven’t used console before you will have to go to settings on the pause menu, keyboard, advanced, and make sure the check box “Enable developer console” is checked. Also the console key is the one below the ‘escape’ key. Hope you find what add-on is causing the problem.

I need help on this I disabled all my addons and enabled only the player model but still didn't work and I don't think deleting addons would help because I already tried.
