Can't connect to any server at all on Garry's Mod!

Every time i try to connect to a server it won't work, but sometimes i get "could not connect after 4 retries". and also i can't see any servers almost if im lucky i can see up to 20 servers. and i can't even join them, anyone know what i can do to fix this problem?.

Any respond would be greatly appreciated.
