Addons Download Only Partially

I am trying to download addons but they just download partially, stop, and then go on to the next and repeat the cycle. Even if it says 100% it doesn't download. I have had this for a long time and really wanna fix it. This is also the same for me when I download maps from servers. P.S., it has nothing to do with size, because I deleted all of my addons and even if they are big or small, it only download partially depending on size but doesn't complete, for example, small ones about 6.7 MBs or so only download 87% or 100%, yet they stop and goto the next addon and repeat the same stuff. 50 or above download about 20% yet they stop and goto the next addon as well.
