Buffer Overflow

Ok. Hello. I have lately had a problem solely on gmod that I need help with. I play on a DarkRP server a lot and I have had something extremely weird happen to me multiple times. My game starts to lag sometimes as people are spawning props, this is usually after me playing the game for a while. I get a big lag spike, and then my game alt tabs. I go back in, only to be greeted by my computer spamming W and Left Click. I can't stop it, and I've tried disconnecting my keyboard and mouse. In my gmod console I get the message Buffer Overflow spammed. Due to the computer spamming left click and w, I have to manually press my power button to turn off my comp, slowly deteriorating my PC. After a restart everything is back to normal. Any help?

right click garrys mod in steam library > properties > set launch options > enter: -windowed -noborder

I had no idea buffer overflow and windowed fullscreen interacted with each other. I had just recently gotten a new monitor, so I needed windowed fullscreen anyway. And yes, it has helped
