First & third person camera glitch

So when I'm in first/third person in GMOD my camera rapidly shakes up and down.
This gets annoying after a while.
However, if I crouch or use a camera the issue isn't visible
If i suicide sometimes it removes it, but later brings it back to where it was

EDIT: Nevermind it just does it after a while
Also I tried using different playermodels but i still got the same issue

yeah i probably should have done that, i've forgotten since because this was posted in july. i'll delete this in a sec

I think the problem solved itself at some point so hopefully that helps
