My voicechat sound bugs

I have a problem with my voicechat. On most of darkrp/starwarsrp servers with bigger maps I have some kind of lags. My ping is ok and I have 4 times better setup than the minimal. My internet is ok. When someone is talking through voicechat, it sounds like the games does a stopsound in the middle of him talking, for example: Go there an .... x it! (Go there and fix it!).
I tried:
Running game with 4 cores
Deleting overwhelming amount of addons (from 700 to 200)
Changing from Headphones voice setup to Speakers etc
Reinstalling gmod
^ nothing from above helped. Any ideas how to fix it? It makes roleplay servers unplayable.

I know you probably did this as first option but you didn't mention so, did you verify game cache?

Didn't helped, it says that the game cache check was successful (I have steam in other language than english, hard to translate xD). Anyway, I already wrote a ticket to Facepunch support. I hope they will help. Thx for reminding about this option, ill do it as a first thing when something will not work
