Missing sounds at any addon weaponry

Hello everybody, i did like to come with a problem I had roundabout last update this december.

All addons that contain weapons, weaponary, or anything some sort of kind wont do any "gun sounds". I know this sounds stupid, but at the moment I tired everything I can ever do.

The addons in question here is the GMOD Tower Tribute Pack and TSA Base + Attack. Base contains a custom script for the weapons that is the "base" for Attack and GMT Tribute Pack.

I tried the following already:
Disabling all addons except the the 3 given above. The sounds were still missing for all weapons so I thoguht something must be wrong in the game files.

Vertifying Game Cache showed 0 results

I checked the options in the right tab at the Toolgun for custom options for the voluje of the sounds. I found nothing.

My next step would be reinstalling Gmod and Addons all together, but until then I need to know what I can do further when this fails.
