Gmod keys messed up

sometimes when i am playing gmod my ! key becomes a 1, 1 becomes a % etc and it slowly increecces untill wasd are also messed up.

when i quit the game its still messed up idk why, it only happens with this game. The only way i have found to fix it is a good old off and on again.

want to know if there is anyway to reset ur keybord without restarting your computer... thx!
