Portal 1 Multiplayer

Valve NEEDS to update Portal for mulitplayer! Even just a few large open rooms with storage cubes in them could be fun. Just a place to play with portals and friends. Post here if you like the idea!

I agree. Some peoples just modded the maps, properties and the source code from the game, but wasn't the same thing. Valve invested too much in Portal 2 (what was good, because Portal 2 is one of the best games I've seen), but they forgot to update Portal 1 together. For example, GLaDOS abruptly changed from Portal 1 to Portal 2...

Dude, the robots were made after the fall of GLaDOS. And all the other test subjects were in a place that GLaDOS did not know where!

I agree it would be cool... but why would they completley overhaul a relativley old game just to add a tacked on feature that is already available in gmod (and not to mention PORTAL 2)!

Why would they do that? That feature is already in portal 2. They aren't to add multiplayer to an old game like that.
