Bronze, Silver and Gold medal achievements not working

I completed all the chambers (they all have a checkmark) that requires you to complete a chamber with a certain amount of steps, portals or in a certain amount of time. I've done them all, but for some reason the achievements say otherwise. If these three achievements actually worked, I could've gotten another perfect game. Any way to reset bonus chambers?
